WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Personalised artworks

Because every Storywall artwork is made personally for you to your specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our personalised products (Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

That is why we work with a digital proof: you see your artwork before it is printed and, up to the moment you approve it, you can cancel free of charge with a full refund. By approving the proof, you agree that the approved design is produced. The statutory exception for made-to-order goods is separate from that approval; your statutory rights in case of a defective or wrongly delivered product remain unaffected.

Once you have approved the proof, our voluntary option to cancel free of charge ends. Your statutory rights continue to apply. Please contact us, for example, if:

• Your order arrived damaged.
• The delivered artwork differs from the approved digital proof.

Report damage or a difference as soon as possible at hello@storywall.be, preferably with a photo. This request for prompt notice does not limit your statutory rights. We will then provide a free reprint or a full refund, as you prefer. The statutory legal guarantee of conformity always applies.

Gift card

When you buy a Storywall gift card, you do have the statutory right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after your purchase.

To withdraw, inform us before the end of that period by an unequivocal statement that you withdraw from the purchase, for example by email to hello@storywall.be with your name and order number. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

After withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this. The gift card will then be cancelled.
